The Sweet Spot By Shae started off small, basically in Shae’s kitchen while her four children and fiance occasionally helped out. Shae grew up in Massachusetts and at a young age decided she wanted to do something for the world instead of just being an employee. Shae started out waitressing, being a grill cook and eventually becoming a training pantry chef before going head first into culinary school. After three years Shae earned her associates in Professional Baking and Pastry Arts along with her associates in Culinary.
   The Sweet Spot By Shae started out as just a goal, something that Shae wanted to prove to herself that she could do. Eventually The Sweet Spot By Shae became a reality, something where she can put smiles on so many peoples faces. Shae mixes from scratch goodies with premade ingredients to produce something amazing and talk worthy.
